The Dammusi of Punta Karace are obtained from the renovation and expansion of an old agricultural complex, consisting of 9 Dammusi of various types (from 1 to 6 beds), sizes, and categories (some more simple and spartan, others more refined and sought after). The structure is divided into three blocks, in the first block there are the Mirto and Geranio Dammusi, in the second block the Ibiscus, Gardenia, Gelso and Ginestra Dammusi, in the third block, the highest one, there are the Melograno, Carrubb and Cycas Dammusi. The Dammusi of the three different sections are all different from each other in size, position, and furnishings, they are contiguous, but very independent. The property develops on terraces cultivated with olive trees and vineyards that slope towards the sea, and the houses are surrounded by lush gardens, with palms, bougainvillea, and succulent plants.
